E-Series after drive replacement it still reports preservation capacity below threshold

Issue

  • Recovery Guru reports 'Preservation Capacity Below Threshold' when there is a failed drive in Dynamic Disk Pool and drive count goes below minimum requirement. 
  • The drive is replaced, however, system still reports 'Preservation Capacity Below Threshold'.
  • Recovery Guru reports DISK_POOL_CAPACITY_DEPLETED and DISK_POOL_RECONSTRUCTION_DRIVE_COUNT_BELOW_THRESHOLD.
  • Current reserve drive count shows 0 after a single disk failure regardless of the current configured preservation capacity.
  • Event Disk pool reconfiguration started and Disk pool reconfiguration completed are not detected as expected.
