Controller lockdown due to OE L6 - Operational Error Unsupported host card

Issue

  • One or both of the controllers could be in lockdown OE L6 due to unsupported host card. 
  • One of the controllers is OE L6, while the other controller could  be a different lockdown like OE L0.
