E-Series Manually triggered ASUPs work but scheduled/AOD do not

  • NetApp SANtricity OS 11.30 or later
  • AutoSupport configured with http/https delivery method


  • Customer is able to send manually triggered ASUPs but any scheduled (daily or weekly) fail.
  • The following errors appear in web-server-trace-log-B.7z but not in web-server-trace-log-A.7z:
    • ASUP Upload Host InetSocketAddress is unresolved.
