SMcli command fails due to double quotation can not be recognized correctly

Issue

Some SMcli commands with additional parameter like userLabel= sourceVolume= fail and report the below error.

Example:

#SMcli [ip_address] -u [admin_user] -p [password] -c "create snapGroup userLabel="test01" sourceVolume="testvol01" repositoryVolume=("testvolgroup" capacity=40) repositoryFullPolicy=purgeSnapImages repositoryFullLimit=75 autoDeleteLimit=2;" -k

Performing syntax check...

Encountered "test01" at line 1, column 42.
Was expecting:
<STRING_LITERAL> ...

SMcli failed.
