Issue

  • After replacing failed drive, the newly replaced drive shows Unassigned and does not return back to the disk pool:

Status:                  Optimal
Mode:                    Unassigned

  • Recovery GURU shows error:

DISK_POOL_RECONSTRUCTION_DRIVE_COUNT_BELOW_THRESHOLD-Recovery Failure Type Code: 424
DISK_POOL_DRIVE_FAILURE-Recovery Failure Type Code: 443
