Issue

  • SolidFire Active IQ reports driveFailed alert:
    • Error Code: driveFailed
      Details: 12 drive(s) with state: "NodeOffline" driveID: xx, xx, xx, xx, xx, xx, xx, xx, xx, xx, xx, xx.
  • The following persistent alerts are also reported during the same timeframe:
    • Error Code: nodeOffline
      Details: SolidFire Application cannot communicate with Storage node having node ID xx.
    • Error Code: unresponsiveService
      Details: A master service is not responding.
