Issue

  • Alerts reported in cluster alerts tab and in Active IQ :
  • 10 drives marked as failed
driveFailed -10 drive(s) with state: "DriveMissing" driveID: [DRIVE IDs]
  • Later driveFailed  got resolved and all the 9 block drives moved to available state
driveAvailable - Node ID <x> has 9 available drive(s)
  • Other alerts reported are 
blocksDegraded - Only a single complete copy of the block data is accessible. Restore any offline nodes or block services or contact support for assistance.
blockServiceUnhealthy - A block service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it.
sliceServiceUnhealthy - A metadata service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it.
  • nodeOffline alert is not reported.
