vmnic1 and vmnic4 is swapped by compute node firmware upgrade

Issue

vmnic1 and vmnic4 are swapped by compute firmware upgrade and affects vMotion and iSCSI connectivity.

Expected PCI Device is that vmnic1 is .1, and vmnic4 is .0.
