Issue

When attempting to connect to an Element storage cluster from ESXi from the iSCSI Software Adapter using CHAP Authentication, the connection attempt fails and iSCSI events show in the Element storage cluster's event log.

Example error (Element):

CHAP authentication failed, unknown CHAP username 'iqn.1998-01.com.vmware:esx-host1-9760c674'
