Issue

  • Multiple tSEvent return code:2 events detected on a volume during a specific time window.
    • tSEvent return code:2 s:2662879727788 v:2380 l:0x0 t:31075 tt:31075 ct:Read etl:524288 ts:Ended qcc:1 qd:1 q:0 qc:4 vrc:4 ec:0 620 19
  • ActiveIQ shows a significant increase in volume throughput during the event.
  • Logs indicate many I/O requests redirected from the master node to the primary node.
  • Network statistics show no CRC errors or abnormal conditions.
