SolidFire cluster not reporting alert due to AIQ system issue

- ElementOS Management Node
Issue
- One or more SolidFire/ElementOS clusters displayed persistent alerts in Active IQ stating:
SFCNRW: SolidFire Alert from <clustername>-cluster(ClusterNotReporting) Cluster has not reported to ActiveIQ in over 30 minutes

- All clusters are healthy and able to communicate with NetApp support endpoints.
- The SolidFire Management Node (mNode) connectivity and firewall checks passed.
- Alerts persisted in AIQ even after collector service restarts and successful connectivity tests.
