NodeOffline alert due to Power outage

Issue

Errors in NetApp SolidFire Active IQ:

• nodeOffline
• The SolidFire Application cannot communicate with node ID <X>
• The SolidFire Application cannot communicate with Witness node having node ID# X
• A metadata service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it

In some cases, you wont be able to see any log entries during the power outage from BMC events nor on storage logs except the node started to boot up.
