Login to Hybrid Cloud Control fails due to unauthorized_client error after upgrading storage cluster to 12.x

Applies to

  • Upgraded Storage Cluster from NetApp Element software from 11.x to 12.x
  • Upgraded NetApp Element software using sfinstall
  • Management Node 11.3 and higher 

Issue

After upgrading NetApp Element software, log in to Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC) fails with the following error.

"Something went wrong during the login process. Please contact your technical support engineer and reference code unauthorized_client and request ID: <long request id string>"
