How to continue or perform an Element upgrade with "driveAvailable"

Description

While performing an upgrade of Element with the sfinstall command  a drive falls out of service and into the available drive pool.  The upgrade output will repeatedly display "driveAvailable" but will not proceed because the message never clears.  Also, if a node is added to a cluster when in upgrade mode but the drives are left in the available drive pool.
