Error 'Something went wrong with Hybrid Cloud Control' after upgrading vCenter to 8.0.2

  • NetApp Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC)
  • Management Node (mNode) version 11.3 or above
  • NetApp Element software
  • VMware vCenter server 8.0.2

Issue

  • HCC page is not accessible after upgrading vCenter server  version from 8.0.0 to 8.0.2 .  Accessing  https://x.x.x.x/hcc result in the error :

"Something went wrong with Hybrid Cloud Control"

  • The time on the mNode and cluster nodes are in sync.
  • Required tcp ports are opened between mNode and storage nodes.
  • Cluster is reporting to Active IQ.
