Error "Something went wrong during the login process" with Hybrid Cloud control after upgrading management services

Issue

HCC page is not accessible after upgrading Management Services from 2.20 to 2.23.64

Accessing  https://x.x.x.x/hcc result in the error :

"Something went wrong during the login process. Please contact your technical support engineer and reference code unauthorized_client and request ID: <long request id string>"

UI Example:

  • The time on the management node and cluster nodes are in sync
  • Required tcp ports are not opened between mNode and storage nodes
  • Cluster is reporting to Active IQ
