Cluster Unreachable in Hybrid Cloud Control after Admin Password change in Cluster UI

Issue

After changing the admin password in the Element cluster UI, errors are observed when logging into the HCC.

Error:

cluster-solidfire cannot be reached, causing some information to be unavailable. Check the power state and network connectivity for all nodes and
ensure in vCenter that the witness node virtual machine is powered on, if applicable.
