Certificate is not trusted error when deploying a new Management Node in vCenter

Issue

When deploying a management node OVA, the Review details step show a warning that “The certificate is not trusted.” and shows the Publisher as (Invalid Certificate).

If you select Next without addressing the warning, an additional message appears:

Customer can click the Ignore link in the warning message and proceed to deploy the OVA without further issues. Or,  he/she can add the intermediate and root certificates to  vCenter to address the warning.
