OTS cannot boot after ONTAP upgrade to 9.12.1

Issue

  • After upgrading to ONTAP 9.12.1, the OTS node(s) panics with the following error:
PANIC: Open_emulations_file: No /dev/ad0s6 file found.
  • The OTS node has not yet been configured with an NVMe controller.
