Issue

  • ONTAP Select node reboots unexpectedly with panic-string: received completion for unknown cmd in process irqXXX: nvme0
  • The device referred is nvmeX, in confgurations without NVMe backend usually nvme0
  • ONTAP side log sequence leading to the panic:
