ONTAP Select: Stale disk created during 'storage add' task prevents adding additional space to cluster

Issue

When attempting to add space to OTS via Deploy, the cluster goes into an error state and is unable to be managed from Deploy.

When looking at Deploy's Events a similar error can be seen.
