Issue

An OTS node failure is reported in ASUPs with similar errors such as SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED.

When looking over the backing ESXi hosts to see if there are any issues with the virtual networking or physical hardware such as HBAs, disks, or RAID controllers there are physical disk failures seen.
