Issue

The registration fails with a warning message that local plug-ins are not supported and you see an error message in the log file similar to the following:
 
[Subsystem Event] Error when starting subsystem:com.vcplugin.pluginorg.osgi.service.subsystem.SubsystemException: Framework could not resolve the bundles
