Is it safe to detach an ISO image on my ONTAP Select host to vMotion it?

Answer

Yes, the ISO can be safely detached while the Select system is up and running to allow you to move it to another host.
 
  • An ISO image is showing attached to the ESXi host that ONTAP Select is running.
  • For example- sdotconfig_mynode_ontap01-node.iso, and is further preventing a vMotion to another host.
 
Verify settings on the host for adding or keeping CDs mounted after use.
