Is it possible to backup a ONTAP Select VM using VMWare API calls

There is no need to backup the ONTAP Select Node VM as you will backup your production VMs
In case of Node VM failure, the procedure will be to :
  1. Create a new  Select Node from ONTAP Deploy
  2. Restore data backup that has been taken
