Answer

  • Replacements should be provided from the Optic Vendor
  • If the Vendor is claiming that there the Optic is not entitled for support, please contact them with the Sales order and the Switch Serials to fix the entitlement
  • Also involve the Account Manager or Solution Engineer from the Vendor
