Who replaces the optics for an MetroCluster ISL port in case of a failure

- Replacements should be provided from the Optic Vendor
- If the Vendor is claiming that there the Optic is not entitled for support, please contact them with the Sales order and the Switch Serials to fix the entitlement
- Also involve the Account Manager or Solution Engineer from the Vendor
