Issue

  • DR Configuration replication alert generated when using volume destroy:

Volume "volume_name" in Vserver "vserver_name" is the source endpoint of one or more SnapMirror relationships

-OR-

  • SVMDR update fails with error

Failed to apply the source vserver Configuratin. Reason: Volume "volume_name" in Vserver "vserver_name" is the source endpoint of one or more SnapMirror relationships. Before you delete the volume, you must release the source information of the snapmirror relationship using "Snapirror release"
