Issue

During MetroCluster FC to IP transition when attempting to assign a remote drive the following error is seen:
 
Example:

ClusterA::*> disk assign -disk 10.10.0 -pool 1 -owner ClusterA_N3
Error: command failed: Failed to assign disks. Reason: Cannot assign "10.10.0" from this node. Try the command again on node "ClusterB_N4".
