Issue

collect.dcl log from MC_DC data collection shows the following error for a device:

 could not get session, user/password might be incorrect

Cause

Incorrect password

Solution

Check and correct the credentials for the device:

To check configured devices:

  1. Right-click on the MetroCluster Monitor and select Change Configuration (persistent).
  2. Check and change the device credentials as needed.
