Issue

Setting the storage failover detection-time for a MetroCluster IP system to a value under 20 seconds fails:

Cluster::> storage failover modify -node cl01n01 -detection-time 10
The following fields have been successfully updated:

Error: command failed: Failed to set option cf.takeover.detection.seconds. Reason: Unable to set option:
 cf.takeover.detection.seconds.
