SAS/FC port offline alerts are seen for ATTO 6500 with the ports online

Issue

A MetroCluster is sending a "StorageBridgePortDown" alert, or a "FC_PORT_X" is 'Offline' Health Monitoring alert.

EMS Logs

[clusterA-01: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process schm: StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert[200000########].

Errors: ATTO_10.10.10.1(2000001#######):FC_PORT_1 is Offline.    
ATTO_10.10.10.1(200000108#####):SAS_PORT_1 is Offline.
