Node reports StorageFCAdapterFault_Alert for down or unused FC ports

• FC ports in initiator mode

Issue

• The node sends AutoSupport alerts for StorageFCAdapterFault for down FC ports after every reboot.

Health Monitor process nchm: StorageFCAdapterFault_Alert[500##########]) ALERT

• The reported port is not in use.
• The Metrocluster_Node subsystem health gets degraded:

                     2. Verify the operational status of the FC initiator
                     adapter by using the command "system node run -node
                     local -command storage show adapter".
