MetroCluster IP switch multiple fan and power health alerts

Issue

    • Multiple system health alerts are generated

    SwitchFanNotPresent_Alert
    SwitchPowerNotPresent_Alert
    SwitchPowerUnknown_Alert

    • show environment (or equivalent command) on the Ethernet switch shows no issues with fans or PSUs
    • System health alert show reports the same multiple alerts for Fans and PSUs

     Corrective Actions: 1) Ensure that the power supply units supplying power

                         the power supply of the switch
