MetroCluster IP - nvmm & scsi errors during takeover/switchover

Issue

  • During takeover/switchover "nvmm.mirror.aborting" and "scsi.cmd" errors are observed on one or more nodes

Example:

[ClusterA-01: nvmm_error: nvmm.mirror.aborting:debug]: mirror of sysid 3, partner_type AUXDR PARTNER and mirror state
NVMM_MIRROR_OFFLINE is aborted because of reason NVMM_ABORT_SYNCING_MIRROR.

 

[ClusterA-01: scsi.cmd.transportErrorEMSOnly]: Disk device 0m.i2.3L69: Transport error during
execution of command: HA status 0x9: cdb 0x88:00000001bf1777c0:00000050.

  • iscsi.session.stateChanged errors reported on the DR site
