MetroCluster-"Aggr Delete" completed unsuccessfully,Failed to remove the location information

Issue

After deleted the only one data aggregate on a node of MCC system, the aggregate name sill shows in the output of "aggr show"  with "unknown" state.

Command "aggr remove-stale-record" does not works 
 
MCC2::*> aggr remove-stale-record -aggregate aggr1_MCC2 -nodename MCC2-01
Error: command failed: The specified aggregate "aggr1_MCC2" does not correspond to a stale aggregate record. Use the "storage aggregate delete" command to delete this aggregate.
 
EMS shows error messages:
 
[MCC2-02: mgwd: mgmtgwd.jobmgr.jobcomplete.failure:info]: Job "Aggr Delete" [id 132] (Delete aggr1_MCC2) completed unsuccessfully: Failed to remove the location information of aggregate aggr1_MCC2 from VLDB due to The MetroCluster or Vserver DR Configuration Replication Service is recovering. Issue the "metrocluster check config-replication show -instance" command or the "snapmirror config-replication status show" command and follow its guidance. If there is no guidance, wait a few minutes and then try the command again.. . Retry later. (1).
