Issue

  1. Migrate one site of metrocluster to new location
  2. Backend switches are incorrectly cabled and configured
  3. Fails to perform switchback with below error messages even if FCVI adapter and interconnect connection are normal status

zongbunas::clusterB-02 (non-overridable veto): Failed to read DR partner state. Verify that the Fibre Channel interconnect is up and retry the operation.
zongbunas::clusterB-01 (non-overridable veto): Failed to read DR partner state. Verify that the Fibre Channel interconnect is up and retry the operation.
