DRC replication error reported after volume deletion with ARP enabled

Issue

After a volume with ARP state dry-run is deleted a DR Configuration error is reported
 
Example:
 
                              Cluster  : ClusterA
                              Vserver  : SVM1
                      Partner Vserver  : SVM1-mc
                  Configuration State  : syncing
                        Stream Status  : processing-task
                           Failed Row  : Table Name: volume, Operation: get, Fields: ... test ... DEL ... dry-run ... 
                         Failed Reason : Apply failed for Object: volume Method: baseline. Reason: Failed to get UUID                                               of volume test
                 Last apply fail time  : 3/29/2020 12:25:41
