Cluster Monitoring Failed and Cluster Not Reachable reported from AIQUM

Issue

  • Issue is related to external ZAPI calls "storage-switch-get-iter" timing out
  • AIQUM is sending the ZAPI call to ONTAP and ONTAP is sending the call to the ATTO Bridges
  • The issue is hit intermittently and in the failures the cause is for timeout as a resulted of a delayed response to the call
