Authentication failed for host on MetroCluster Tiebreaker v1.6 due to username

Issue

When trying to set up Tiebreaker v1.6, using a user other than "admin" will result in the following error:
NetApp MetroCluster Tiebreaker :> monitor add wizard
Enter Monitor Name: Prod-Metrocluster
Enter Cluster IP Address: 172.XXX.XXX.XXX
Enter Cluster Username: tiebreaker
Enter Cluster Password:
Enter Peer Cluster IP Address: 172.XXX.XXX.XXX
Enter Peer Cluster Username: tiebreaker
Enter Peer Cluster Password:
NOTE: Before enabling automatic switchover capability, make sure to review the 'risks and limitations'
as described in the MetroCluster Tiebreaker Installation and Configuration Guide.
Do you want to enable automatic switchover capability for monitor(Y/N): n
Unable to add monitor to NetApp MetroCluster Tiebreaker software. Reason : Authentication failed for host
