After a shelf ID change the Cluster still lists the disks by their previous shelf ID

Issue

New shelves with duplicate shelf IDs were added to the system. After a shelf ID change, the Cluster reflects the shelf id change in storage shelf show as well as sysconfig -a, however still lists the disks by their previous shelf ID in storage shelf show.
