Issue

  • ATTO FibreBridge 6500N/7500N is not reachable remotely using Telnet, FTP, and ExpressNAV Management GUI.
  • Despite connection failure, the total number of paths to the disk shelves remains intact.
  • Autosupport notifications System Notification (Health Monitor process schm: StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert[200000XXXXXXXXX]) ALERT
  • The following alerts are reported in event logs:

[Node-01: schmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert , Alerting Resource = 200000XXXXXXXXX raised by monitor system-connect
[Node-01: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process schm: StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert[200000XXXXXXXXX]
