Issue

  • Windows servers lose iSCSI connectivity to LUNs presented from storage during TO/GB
  • Upgrade of ONTAP performed
  • san.initiator.login.missing EMS event is reported on storage end :

Sat Jun 08 16:02:22 +0900 [NetApp-02: bcomd: san.initiator.login.missing:notice]: Initiator "iqn.1991-05.com.microsoft:sxxxxxxxx" is not logged in to any LIFs on this node for Vserver "SVM1", portset "XXXXX_SVM1-Portset". 
Access to LUNs might be disrupted if a failover occurs."
