Virtual windows cluster outage during ONTAP MCC switchover

Issue
- During MCC switch over VMware virtualization Windows cluster fails using microsoft software iSCSI initiator cluster quorum and data volumes
- Filesytem damage may occur
- All iSCSI connections are healthy and MCC switchover was less than 10 seconds
