Unable to migrate Array LUN greater than 16TB using FLI

Issue

  • You see the following error in storage errors show for an array LUN greater than 16TB:
Disk: DGC-1.x
UID: 600601xx:E1BxxE00:412336xx:3D4DxxCE:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000:00000000

This array LUN is too large and is not usable. The maximum array LUN size supported is 16000 GB.
  • storage disk show reports the disk in "broken" state:

CxL-NExxxP-xxx::*> storage disk show -array-name DGx_LUxZ_1 -fields disk,serial-number,container-type,owner,path-lun-in-use-count,import-in-progress,is-foreign

  • Setting the environment variable value in nodeshell did not resolve the issue
