Issue

  • An error is thrown on a Redhat host when attmpting to run pvcreate command against a NetApp LUN.
  • Example:

[root@rhelhost]# pvcreate /dev/dm-23

Error: reading device /dev/mapper/3600a0980xxxxx at 3298534817792 length 4
