ONTAP Upgrade Paused Due to an orphaned SAN initiator

• Upgrade to ONTAP 9.17.1 and later

Issue

• During an ONTAP upgrade to 9.17.1+, upgrade pauses due to unused initiators :
• If issue occurs but initiators are in use by a Host, see ONTAP Upgrade Paused Due to Missing Host FC Initiator Logins
