Issue

  • New LUN created in ONTAP is not visible at some ESXi hosts
  • Reporting nodes of LUN mapping is every node in the cluster
  • Rescan results in an error:
Unable to scan vmkernel SCSI subsystem for new devices. Maximum allowed SCSI paths have already been claimed.
