NVME Standby path's not being utilized when attached to a host

Issue

  • When sessions are created to a namespace, on a host, outside of the HA Pair that owns the namespace, NVME Targets are shown as Standby.
  • These Standby path's are not utilized if the Active Optimized (AO) and Active Non-Optimized (ANO) path's are lost.
