Issue

  • Monitoring software is reporting intermittent loss_of_sync for a single FCP adapter:
NetApp Fibre Channel Adapter node2/2c on cluster1 has reported a synchronization loss, placing the adapter into warn state.
This adapter has lost synchronization a total of 1565.0 times. This is commonly caused by link failures.
  • Adapter is online
  • Power levels are fine
