Issue

  • Unable to ping ISCSI data LIF from host and host from Ontap ISCSI data LIF.

CLUS::> ping -vserver test -lif test-lif2 10.6x.1xx.2yy
 no answer from 10.6x.1xx.2yy

  • LIFs and ports are online  and operationally up.
  • Toggled the LIF and port but still not able to ping.
  • Packet traces can be collected to understand the behaviour.
